ĐÁNH GIÁ RỦI RO VÀ TÍNH DỄ BỊ TỔN THƯƠNG TRONG CHUỖI GIÁ TRỊ LÚA GẠO Ở TỈNH SÓC TRĂNG, KIÊN GIANG VÀ AN GIANG
In April 2019, Oxfam and partners (RECERD) conducted a Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (VRA) exercise in Soc Trang, Kien Giang and An Giang Provinces, Vietnam, in the context of the GRAISEA 2. This programme aims to achieve a competitive, profitable shrimp/rice value chain that can support local people and partners in the value chain resilient to climate change.
The VRA sought to address the key hazards and issues affecting people and stakeholders in the rice value chain in Soc Trang, Kien Giang and An Giang Provinces, Vietnam, bringing together a wide range of stakeholders such as provincial government representatives, GRAISEA 2 partners, and company in rice value chain.
