From 01-04 March 2011, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Oanh, Communication Officer of RECERD, attended a training course on writing project proposals. This is one of series of activities of the project "Capacity Building on Climate Change for Civil Society Organizations" run by the Center for Sustainable Rural Development. Thirty people attended the training course. They were from non-governmental organizations, institutes and various schools working on climate change.

 The training is an opportunity to improve writing skills: "the training helped me develop the capacity to write project proposals, I can be more confident to propose ideas for the projects of RECERD," Oanh said. She also observed that “I was very surprised to know how to organize the classroom and the lessons. Everyone was very active in discussions, lots of good ideas were discussed, and the problems of climate change are analyzed in various fields. Attending this class, I learned much in project writing skills including questioning, discussion skills, presentation skills, etc.” .
