From 3rd to 7th Jul, 2012 in Hanoi, 3 RECERD’s officers took part in a course “Enhance a mobilizing and contributing capacity to design civil society organization’s policies” performed by Research center for Management and Sustainable Development (MSD) (The project is funded by UNDEF)
This course unions civil society organizations of all 3 parts Northern, Middle, Southern in Vietnam, which work in different fields such as poverty reduction, disables, children, environment protection, fishing and rurality…Groups defined that beside private efforts of each organization, it’s necessary to have deeper care from government (management offices) of disadvantaged parts via policies to provide better conditions/community services for their lives.

Experiences of NGOs succeeded in mobilizing policies: VNAH, SRD, Cenforchil… Experiences and examples of organizations were presented and analysed by lecturer Van Anh (The enhance capacity in mobilizing policy for CARE officer).
After this course, RECERD’s officers learned more knowledge and experiences from other organizations. And the most important, after the course, project organized NGOs Network for sharing experiences and policy propagations together
